ABOUT
ME

A narrow cobblestone street lined with colorful buildings, some with flower boxes under the windows. The street is illuminated by street lamps and has a cloudy sky overhead.

I design experiential workshops that strengthen intercultural communication, cultural awareness, and community connections.

Based in Germany, I work with international teams, cultural institutions, and global communities, helping people communicate across differences with greater clarity, curiosity, and empathy.

Modern living space with large windows, white walls, a gray sectional sofa, potted plant, and colorful cushions on wooden flooring.

MY WORK ETHOS

my work is grounded in the belief that

real transformation happens through meaningful connection- with oneself, with others, and across cultures.

My curiosity about culture began early. I grew up in a diverse Arab family shaped by different traditions across the Levant while also engaging deeply with European and American cultures. Different communication styles and values coexisted in everyday life, and I became fascinated by what happens between words when people try to understand one another.

My professional path began in education, but my real turning point came when I realized that communication cannot be learned through theory alone. It must be experienced, explored, and practiced together.

For more than a decade, I have designed experiential learning environments through language coaching and cultural engagement for learners ranging from students to professionals, including scientists, journalists, and international organizations.

Today, I continue this work through interactive intercultural workshops, dialogue-based learning, and cultural exchange experiences that support individuals and teams navigate our interconnected world with greater awareness and confidence.
